Professional Development Opportunities

Audience:  Staff

This seminar can be provided to a department, program, or team to identify individual performance goals that align with the larger programmatic or department level strategic plan. We will also discuss the importance of defining professional development opportunities that support career growth goals. 

Audience: Supervisors and Staff

This is an opportunity to review the importance of self assessments, receive helpful guidelines, and tools to increase the ease of writing a self-appraisal. We will have an opportunity to practice and develop a working draft. 

Audience: Intact Teams

In this workshop, participants will receive guidelines, tips, and tools to build collaboration, cohesion, trust, and increase team performance. 

Audience: Supervisors

In this workshop, supervisors will receive guidelines, tips and tools to effectively provide performance feedback (written and verbal) to staff.
