Recognized as a trusted advisor, she has deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement and culture, team development, change management and organization.

She partnered with executive TA to launch talent councils targeted at talent movement and mitigating high risk of loss.
Kim leads equally from heart and head, fostering an environment where team members feel supported to do their best work and are motivated to achieve new levels of success.
